With the release of BrandMaster 16.0 we are proud to announce many new and exciting additions to the BrandMaster product suite:

Resizing print ads from uploaded InDesign file.
Define how an uploaded InDesign ad should be resized with just a few clicks. The end user will then be able to specify the desired width and height in a WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) real time interface. Rules for layout and typography ensure that the design is brand consistent regardless of the user defined size. The speed to market has never been shorter for newspaper and magazine ads. With practice you will be able to create your own resizable ad template from an InDesign ad in less than 15 minutes.

Improvements in WYSIWYG template interface
In addition to the resizing capabilities described above we have improved the WYSIWYG editor with the following features:
- Vertical text alignment
Content administrator can now Top align, Center, or Bottom align text in the WYSIWYG editor.
- Horisontal text alignment
Content administrator can now Left align, Center, Right align, or Justify text in the WYSIWYG editor.
- Layout Rule for font size range
Layout admin can now define if end user can select font size and in which range and steps.
- Layout Rule for automatic line distance
This rule allow the Layout admin to lock the line distance to a percentage of selected font size.
- Font upload and mapping
When uploading InDesign files you can now upload any font that has not yet been installed. If the font used in the InDesign file is named differently you can now map / replace with any font already installed in the system.
Video and audio streaming
Content administrators can now drag and drop video files directly into a folder in BrandMaster to initiate video upload. After upload the users can stream video smoothly from BrandMaster in a an enhanced preview frame or in fullscreen mode. Sharing your video commercials, training videos, and digital signage content has never been easier.

Drag-and-drop upload
Single files (PDF, picture, logo, video, etc) can now be uploaded directly to a folder in BrandMaster simply by dragging it from your desktop folder into a system folder. This feature is currently available for Safari, Firefox, and Chrome browsers.
Enhanced material preview
Large preview of materials will now open in an elegant white frame with the system darkened in the background. You can leave the preview by clicking the "esc" key or clicking the (x) icon. If more than one page in a PDF you can click through the pages in the same look and feel.
Office activity reports
In the Reporting module you are now able to have a detailed activity report per office within the desired time frame. You can see what material has been used by which user, when it was downloaded, ordered or sent, and to whom it was sent.
